This variety is a favorite at many markets throughout Italy and at gourmet shops here in the US. Fruits are huge, in fact one of the largest bells around today. But the flavor is even better than the size! These fruits have a wonderful, sweet flavor that isn't bitter when cooked or fried.
Large blocky fruits have very thick walls and 3-4 lobes. Turns a brilliant red at maturity. Plants produce heavy yields making this variety a favorite for home or market gardening.
80 days from transplant to harvest.
I always add a few extra seeds in each packet in case I count wrong.
Detailed planting instructions are included with each purchase!

All of the seeds we sell have been home grown on our small family farm. Seeds are only harvested from the best plants and varieties are either field isolated, caged, or hand pollinated depending on vegetable type to prevent cross pollination. Tomato seeds are processed using fermentation to insure healthy, viable seeds. Our seeds are hand counted and packaged in resealable plastic envelopes and are professionally labeled.
