Our quail are raised naturally without the use of antibiotics or hormones. We supplement their feed with flax seed to increase the omega 3 value in the eggs. Eggs are gathered several times a day to ensure they do not get too hot or too cold when the weather is extreme. All of our eggs are washed and stored in an annex that is inspected by the State Health Department. Our eggs can also be found on the menus of restaurants in the area. Fresh quail eggs are always packaged well and shipped Priority Mail with a cold pack.
