We have three different types of Coturnix Quail hatching eggs. Giant brown, XLD1 Jumbo, and Texas A&M. Unless otherwise specified, you will receive a random selection. Differences in the three breeds are subtle at best. All three are equally good for eggs and meat. If you want certain amounts of certain types, please notify us when placing your order. Requests for certain breeds may take longer to ship due to other customers orders but we can give you an estimated time when you contact us.
All eggs are shipped the same day they are gathered. Eggs are placed in hard plastic cartons, bubble wrapped and placed in boxes of two. Each box of two required to make up the order is then double boxed inside another with cushioning. Eggs are shipped Priority Mail Monday-Wednesday every week. We can ship on Thursday but we prefer not to. If you would like them to ship on Thursday we can. Most of the time this results in a Saturday delivery but please be aware it can sometimes take until Monday. If you are needing them by a certain date please just send us an email or give us a phone call and let us know. We will do everything we can to ensure you receive them in time.
PLEASE NOTE: Because of conditions beyond our control during incubation, we are unable to guarantee hatchability.
However, all the eggs we ship will be fresh, fertile and guaranteed to get to you in good condition.
