Quarles Farm is family operated farm located in Central Kentucky. Everything on the farm is done by us or our four children. We feel that raising our children in a hands on environment has helped them to develop into responsible individuals with the mental tools to thrive. We raise market vegetables and fruits, daylilies and have a commercial cow/calf operation. We are now also selling beef from our market sites as well as from the farm. We market our produce and beef locally at the Franklin County Farmers Market, Shelby County Farmers Market, Lexington Farmers Market and the KY Horse Park Market in Lexington. Our daylilies are sold both by in the garden and internet sales. We sell value added products such as salsas, chutneys, jams, jellies and other condiments both at the markets and directly from the farm.
