We grow GARLIC only. We area a small farm concentrating on various hardneck and softneck varieties of garlic. We have been running trials since 2003 and have several varieties with sufficient quantities to offer to the public for growing and cooking. These varieties include German White, Music, Chesnock Red, Shantung Purple, Kettle River Giant. Other varieties in limited quantities may also be available depending on how much we carry forward for planting stock. Garlic can be used for seed stock or the kitchen.
