Quinn's Irish Hill Farm offers a selection of Pasture Raised chicken and Turkeys. We raise our stock on healthy green pasture that has been free from chemicals and pesticides for more than fifteen years. Our poultry are moved to fresh grass each day to forage, scratch around and generally lead a more natural existence. We beleive that Grass Fed chicken has a better flavor and texture.Research has indicated that Grass fed meat provides more healthy Omega 3 fats and other desireable nutrients and lower cholosterol.The feed we supply is free from antibiotics and other enhancements. We also offer fresh brown eggs from non-confined pasture raised laying hens. We have local wildflower honey available as well.Grass (more...)
