Ours is a family owned and business since 1990, located in south east Missouri surrounded by mark twain national forest. We raise only full blood certified beefalo. Our stock is all registered with the American world beefalo registry. We produce an average of 12 steers a year for slaughter, heifers are sold as breeding stock after being registered. Our operation is as natural as possible no growth hormones or steroids, No chemical fertilizers produce our hay. We are not certified organic but are as close to the old way of farming as possible.
Meat is sold by pound and price is determined by beefalo registry .
Orders are taken yearly and slaughter dates are in the spring and fall.
