Radical Root Farm

We believe passionately in the art of sustainable and ecological growing of food. We are firm environmentalists and food justice advocates. Our goal is to grow healthy, nutritious food that tastes better and is more nutritious than anything you'll find that's been flown in to a grocery store. Our farm is certified organic and is currently located at Prairie Crossing in Grayslake, Illinois.

All of our vegetables are grown with special attention to bettering the health of the earth and plants. We believe in creating healthy, fertile soil with help from organic methods. To minimize fossil fuel use as well as soil disturbance, we work with many hand tools. Any inputs we use are organic. We believe in healthy plants creating health in people and health in the environment. Growing this way helps the plants reach optimal nutrition.
