Rancho Gordo specializes in New World vegetables, perfect for native and Latin cuisines, and for everyday cooking. Dried heirloom beans, dried corn, grains and chiles are all offered at the bay area's best farmers markets, through Local Harvest and now at our warehouse just north of downtown Napa. Seasonally, we offer rare and neglected varieties of tomatoes, chiles and corn, produced with seeds obtained by travels throughout the southwest, Mexico and beyond. To complete the picture, we're now making our own 100% corn tortillas. No preservatives and no additives, just corn, lime and water, the way tortillas should be made. You can also buy corn tortilla chips and fresh masa, ground for tortillas or tamales. <
