Nestled in the serene rolling hills of Bonsall, in North County San Diego, Rancho Shiraz has been certified organic (CCOF) for 12+ years. Our family believes that the best way to supply our customers with delicious, nutrient dense produce is to build healthy soil and work with the creative patterns of Nature as much as possible. We also grow "food for the soul": beautiful cut flowers, and a variety of herbs and flowers that we steam distill to make aromatic mists and essential oils. Farming is a lot of work, but our favorite thing is the look on people's faces when they first bite into our juicy oranges or famous mulberries. We are home to a diverse range of animals, plants, microbes and fungi, and we try to respect wildlife and native plants as much as possible. We mainly sell our produce in the local area through Jimbo's... Naturally and Ocean Beach People's Co-op, but we also sell to wholesale markets and to individuals. We are happy to host you as our guest and give you a tour of our little slice of paradise, we just ask you contact us first and set up an appointment.
