Rangpur "Kona" Lime Marmalade

The "Kona" lime was chosen by chefs as one of the fruits they most wanted to work with.
The Rangpur lime is believed to
have originated in India but first
came to Hawaii in 1885. Fruit can
be candied or pickled, but the
Rangpur is known for it's marmalade.
Many consider the product superior
to that made from other citrus.
