Porkchop is a great looking and pleasant tasting tomato. Flavor is not as strong as some of my varieties, more typical yellow with nice sweetness.
Reliable production of 1/2-3/4 pound slightly flattened beefsteak. Yellow with green stripes that turn gold at maturity. Yellow tomato lovers love the extra flash that striped tomatoes have and it extra rare for a yellow tomato.
All varieties I offer have come from crossed or mutated tomatoes that I have personally discovered amongst tens of thousands of heirloom tomato plants groing here in Northern California.
They are a product of an extreme amount of time, work and luck.
All plants on my farm are grown without pesticide.

All work including hand fermentation is done by me.
