All varieties I offer have come from crossed or mutated tomatoes that I have personally discovered amongst tens of thousands of heirloom tomato plants groing here in Northern California.
They are a product of an extreme amount of time, work and luck.
All plants on my farm are grown without pesticide.
Each variety is selected from thousands of plants over many years for flavor, beauty, uniqueness and production.
All work including hand fermentation is done by me.
