Ok the writing may be a bit over the top but this is a really lovely chocolate dessert sauce. You smell the perfume of the raspberry just before the sauce hits your tongue. the chocolate flavor builds and the the raspberry flavor emerges from the chocolate and blossoms!!
We use some of our more delicate, fruity chocolates to let the rasberry flaovors stand on their own. We use chocolates from the Dominican Republic, France, Belgium and Venezula to creates this dense sauce witch is also wonderful over fruits, on crepes, in parfaits, over cakes and over ice creams. We include serving suggestions with each purchase.
