Living in South Texas we grew up eating fresh fruits and vegetables from area farms, seafood and all types of grilled meats. Several of the mainstays on our dining room table were homemade relish, chow chow and hot sauce. We put them on top of everything including meats, vegetables and burgers. Canning of these family recipes has been handed down through the generations with my mother and I in charge of them today. These family recipes are still made the same way they were back then. Each relish is slow cooked and hand packed in small batches using only fresh vegetables from small farms around South Texas. Currently 70% of our produce comes from Pagel's Tivoli Produce in Tivoli, Texas. They contain no artificial flavors or preservatives. We ship Mon-Wed using only eco-friendly packaging including biodegradable bubble wrap and loose fill.
