Select (mostly whole and some halves) large California grown Macadamia nuts. Vacuum sealed in plastic bags. Will store unopened for 3 months or 1 year or more in the freezer.
We are a small family farm and orchard of macadamia nuts, avocados, cherimoya, citrus, peaches and pears but we also harvest and manage nearly 1500 additional macadamia trees around North County San Diego. Although we are not a certified organic farm (CCOF) spray and chemical fertilizers are never used on any of our fruit, nuts or produce.
