Enlightened Kitchen is a wholesale foodservice operation offering premium, simple and primarily organic whole food products. We transform ingredients from local, organic sustainable agricultural produce into organic baked goods, and other value-added products such as soups, sauces, and salads.

Enlightened Kitchen produces REAL BREAD Brand, Organic Whole Grain Artisan Hand-Crafted Sourdough Breads featuring Local Organic ingredients. REAL BREAD is available through specialty retail, natural foods stores and direct sales through our BreadShare Program.
