REBEL RIDGE FAMILY FARMS
We operate a 650 acre organic beef farm in the hills of scenic southwestern Wisconsin. Located in Richland County, we exemplify the term family farm. Our work force consists of three generations of family members. Included in this mix is my Dad who will soon be celebrating his 87th. birthday, my wife and I and five of our six children. Four of the six are grown and have returned to the farm and the younger two boys that are still at home and enrolled in public school help regularly with chores. Our main business is our rotationally grazed beef herd. Our Beef herd consists mostly of crossbred and Angus steers . We raise all of our calves; the females are used for herd replacements and the steer calves are raised for meat. We have been organically certified for the last 12 years and go through a third party certification annually. The steers are fed out with our homegrown organically produced feed that in turn is processed into perhaps the best tasting beef one has ever had the opportunity to taste. We have recently opened a new Restaurant in Viroqua, Wisconsin called the MEAT-ING PLACE CAFE. Where we serve Organic Farm Fresh Food. The beef, we feel, has proven to be a valuable asset to our farm. Customers who want and deserve a safe high quality product they can be assured has been produced on organic feed that contains no antibiotics or growth hormones. We have been so encouraged by the unsolicited response of our customers about the quality and flavor of our dry aged beef.
Please come and visit our Restuarant THE MEAT-ING PLACE CAFE in Viroqua, Wisconsin. We have Farm Fresh Food Organic Food. Our Hours are Tuesday - Friday 8:00-5:00 and Saturday 8:00 - 3:00.

I am not a huge red meat fan....but I love the meat from this farm!! It is very tasty. The hamburger patties rock, they are pre-made and are really easy to just through on the grill or a George Forman.
