We've been providing all-organic, all-vegetarian food to iowa city since august 1999. We strive to bring you the highest quality ingredients, prepared with love and peace.
We make our food from scratch whenever possible:
our bread, muffins, and pita bread are made on the premises. The veggieburger, mayonnaise, cakes, cookies, and soups are all made here from scratch. All our salads are dressed to order and our jerk sauce is our own recipe.
We strive to support the many local suppliers and producers that exist in this area. Our yogurt and cream come from radiance dairy in fairfield. Our tofu comes from american pride in fairfield. We use mushrooms grown and wild harvested by mushroom delights in dyersville.
