Red Barn Farms

Red Barn Farms offers hotbed raised vegetable plants in the spring of various types, many heirloom varieties. All our seed types are picked especially for the altitude and growing season of the Colorado front range at nearly 7,000 ft in elevation. We have an "on-farm" farmers market in August and September. Besides the produce, we raise hogs for special orders from 25 lb pork assortment packages to a whole hog. The hogs are rotated around a multi-pasture arrangement. In addition, we raise Dexter cattle and will also breed outside cows on our farm with our registered Dexter bull. He throws excellent calves with great muscle and dispositions. Finally, we have a flock of free-ranging Buff Orpington chickens that produce wonderful brown eggs. P (more...)
