The Red Lodge Farmer's Market is a growing and fun local market held in Downtown Red Lodge, Montana every Friday evening at Lions Park from mid July to September. 2011 will be our 8th year providing local foods! Montana is a tough place in which to grow vegetables, but, we're blessed with a huge variation in climate and topography along the foothills and rivers emanating from the Greater Yellowstone. Hence, our produce is surprisingly varied and carries the extra tastiness associated with high altitude and/or xeric gardening! Join us for fantastic organic baked goods, fresh locally grown produce, fruits, herbs, preserves, & gourmet sauces. Additionally, a shopper can choose from Montana-grown bison, Navajo Churro lamb, grass-fed Galloway beef, pork, and chicken as well as bratwurst, salami, and sausage.
