80 days, OP. Heirloom from Italy. A very flavorful and excellent quality sweet pepper - one of the sweetest we have ever eaten. 7" long, tapered fruits start green and turn lipstick red when fully ripe and at their sweetest. Thick walled, crisp and juicy. Excellent for frying or fresh eating. Later to produce, but worth the wait! We like to start the season with Jimmy Nardello and Italian Sweet because they are substantially earlier than Red Marconi. But, we prefer Red Marconi when it is ripe due to its fantastic flavor and thicker walls. Tall plant does best wiith support. 80%.
