This Red Venison comes from a farm in Northern Iowa (Fertile, IA). The farmers raise all of their animals l in accordance to Organic Standards, but are not certified organic. All animals are grass fed and given free choice water and minerals. Briskets are very lean, trimmed and peeled, and individually packaged before being frozen. This item is great on the grill or smoked, or made into a London Broil. This along with a lot of our Red Venison products is very limited and very seasonal.
