Red Wattles

We are a private family owned game ranch in north central Texas. We have large groups of free ranging Elk, Red Stag, Axis Deer ,Fallow Deer and perhaps one of the largest groups of free ranging Red Wattle Hogs. All of our animals are hormone, steroid and antibiotic free! We are looking to sell some of the meat from these animals to high end restaurants, and or select individuals. Our meats have been endorsed by several celebrity chefs, and served in some of the finest dining establishments in the country.
