Redfern Gardens

We have a small CSA with excess produce going to a local restaurant and farmers market. We do not use chemical fertilizers, chemical pesticides, or animal manures in our gardens. We try to grow nutritionally dense vegetables and fruits of the finest flavors. We grow heirlooms as well as hybrids known for fine flavor and disease resistance. I have been an organic farm inspector for some years but am retiring now to spend the time in my own gardens. We have two high tunnels which allow us to start our CSA deliveries in early May. With any luck deliveries will continue through October. We hope to increase our CSA membership this winter. We are looking for subscribers in the Park Rapids, Menahga, Wadena, and New York Mills areas.We deliver to a central location in these towns.
