We are a family farm/ranch in Eastern Colorado. We market in the Front Range and locally. Our animals are raised by us, fed by us and marketed by us. We don't use any hormones, implants, or antibiotics. Just corn and time. Our customers are those that remember the corn-fed animals of their youth and enjoy the eating experience once again. We try to limit the exposure of our animals to chemicals and GMO plant products, but can't guarantee such. They are raised and fed as if the meat was for our table and children, and once a year one animal is. When the mystery meals become too frequent, Lisa will say "We need meat.", and so it is. The animals are processed at a family-run custom locker plant. They age the carcasses from 18 to 21 days, wrap in plastic film, then butcher paper and freeze the cuts. It is a clean, well-run operation. The owner and I worked in the CSU Meats Lab during college. We haven't progressed to mail-order. We do deliver to the Front Range as a service.
