American Artisan Foods. We are a locally supplied restaurant featuring chemical free/organic ingredients rendered in a seasonal menu that showcases their quality above all else. Traditional artisan breads roll out of our wood-only fired masonry oven every morning, followed by meats, veggies and pizza throughout the day.
Supplementing our region's offerings, we bring in the best from small farms and producers throughout the country. We offer a variety of artisanal small farm cheeses from as well as house-made and carefully procurred sausages, pate's and salumi; all available on our menu and to take home. Everything made in house is done from scratch using the finest local/regional ingredients available and with traditional time-honored techniques.
