Trulli Flatbread was established in Bloomington, Indiana in the spring of 2007. The restaurant features local and organic produce, meats and cheeses from the areas fine farms and cheese artisans. The menu is Mediterranean-American and includes soups, salads, and paninis, with the main focus on flatbreads cooked in a wood-fired masonry oven.
