Been buying meat here for 4 years now

We discovered Carol selling her meats at a holiday craft fair and fell in love with the honey and sea salt cured bacon. We quickly moved to buying meat in bulk since we prefer eating fresh, local and humanely processed foods. We regularly buy beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey, eggs and honey as well as some breads and cheeses from other locals that she carries at her farm store.
Her animals are raised with love and dignity and the breeds provide excellent quality meat. Their special honey and sea-salt cured bacon (no nitrites or nitrates!) disappears as fast as we can buy it, and they make excellent sausages as well.
Carol is available for appointments outside of her standard farm store hours (on Saturdays), and is very helpful. The store can get busy on sale days, but she always has some dishes to sample while you wait.
