Care2 Review: We love this market!

Big organizations are pushing out the smaller farmers. As far as I am concerned, the smaller farmers produce a healthier more nutritious crop. The fruit and vegetable from these farmers have flavor, refrigerated fruits and vegetables that are brought in from larger corporations and other countries, do not have much flavor at all. I don't mind paying a slightly higher price (if necessary) in order to have a fruit or vegetable I know is much better for my body. Aside from that, these farmers are just trying to make a living like everyone else, why should I support a larger corporation and allow the smaller farmer to struggle and/or go hungry.
