I have worked with this producer for over ten years. They ship their milk through Organic Valley. They are a top knotch farm, recently received a 98 in a State Audit of farm facilities. I personally buy free-range chickens, and turkeys from them, however they also sell Beef adn Pork. I cannot tell you how good the chickens and turkeys are. They need to be ordered in the spring for the summer processing times as they are all grass fed. Have them cut up a Turkey in their August processing time and cook it on the Grill. I have had several guests ask me what I have done to the Chicken as it tastes so good. The fact is, I have done nothing, other than to lightly salt and pepper it and throw it on the grill. You will not be disappointed when buying from Paul and Maureen Knapp. The also have the BEST strawberries every June.
