
The Best Beef in Town

I've been cooking with Pannill's Gate beef for many months now, and use it both personally and professionally. It's quite honestly some of the best beef I've ever worked with: great flavor, excellent texture, and overall high quality. I've been lucky enough to be invited out to the farm to see the operation. I am very impressed with the humane treatment of the animals, as well as the expansive space they have for grazing. Patty and Scott take great pride in their beef, and it really shows.
