phenomenal cheese

I had the pleasure of trying this phenomenal cheese at the Farmers Market in Irvine. It is truly magnificent. I purchased the Lavender and Lemon as well as the plain and served them both at a dinner party that evening.
I spread the lavender and lemon on thinly sliced pieces of baguette and topped it with a slice of dried white fig. This appetizer disappeared within minutes and received the highest praise.
For dessert, I served a heaping tablespoon of the plain goat cheese in a small bowl topped with fresh blackberries and drizzled with honey. This also disappeared in a trice.
The cheese has a creamy, luscious texture and it fairly sparkles on the tongue.
I can't wait to buy more next week.
