Food for Body, Mind, and Spirit

I have been buying produce from Paul at local farmer's markets and Nature's Way Market for several years. I was always pleased with the quality and the price.Last year I purchased a CSA share and volunteered at the farm. It was a great experience--even the day I harvested 80 bunches of mustard greens alone in the poring down rain (my CAS baptism?). I enjoyed each week's offferings--from the basics to the more exotic items like garlic scapes, arugula, tomatillos, fennel, escarole, tropea onions, etc. And there was food for the mind as Paul is so willing to share his wisdom about the soil and the natural world. If the body is the temple of the soul, you can be assured that what Paul produces is a fit offering for the soul.
