Love the chicken at Beatrix Farm!

I can't say enough good about the delicious chicken from Beatrix Farm. We have bought Gerber chicken, Polyface Farms poultry, store chicken (yuck!) and Beatrix birds. We love Beatrix chickens the best and can't wait to get another batch from them! My son (5) specifically requests this chicken. The farm is new but I think the producers are dedicated and conscientious and their farm will keep growing. We were there on processing day and I was impressed by the simplicity, cleanliness and professionalism. Five stars!
