Cathy's cooking classes

I have been to many of Cathy's cooking classes She usually begins with an overview of the recipes and allows us to taste the various ingredients that we will use. What a treat to taste fresh from the farm picked veggies and greens. This time we learned about brown rice ,whole wheat and other types of pastas, as well as new and interesting sauces such as "nomato" sauce. Cathy makes you feel comfortable and welcome even if you are a novice in the kitchen as I am. In previous classes we have learned about glutten free cooking as well as natural sweeteners. I look forward to attending Cathy's classes.
