Libery Lake Market is a Winner

I was pleasantly surprised by the Liberty Lake Farmers Market. The market had a great selection of different vendors, good layout, was easy to get to and had ample parking as well. Unlike other Markets in the area, Liberty Lake had places to sit down and enjoy local music artists. Where the other markets have failed (IMO) to create a family friendly fun atmosphere Liberty Lake really hit the nail on the head. The purpose of a Farmers Market is twofold 1) buy local fresh produce as close to the source as possible 2) nurture a sense of community. Other Markets invite you to get out of the car, buy your produce and leave. Liberty Lake welcomes you to come in and stay a spell while you get to know your food and your neighbors.
