Mobile wood fired pizza

First thing i can say is WOW!!! I had this pizza in downtown Floyd on friday nightat the weekly bluegrass jamboree. It was the best pizza i have ever had. Organic and farm fresh local produce. The handmade oven is the coolest thing ever. The people running the show are so nice and excited about what they are doing. The most important thing is the Taste. The dough in sooooo good, complex, tangy, lite, airy crumb. The pies come out with perfect char. These guys love what they are doing and it shows. I will be back every friday night in diwntown floyd and just found out they are in Blacksburg farmers market every weds. Trust me do yourself a favor and go get you some Dogtown Pizza. You will not believe what you see and taste.
