Best Beef, Fabulous Owners

Truth Hill knows how to take care of their animals and it shows in the quality of the beef. Lean, tender, and very flavorful. I have been to the farm twice and have thoroughly enjoyed myself each time. They are truly organic and "one with nature" in their approach to raising their animals. Even their milking cows are not "housed", but are corraled by a portable electric fence (consisting of just one wire and tall stakes) wherever it is easiest to gather them at the moment. They also grow great cats! :-) On my first visit they had a batch of 4 month old black kittens, and one followed us all over the farm excited to see what the humans might be getting in to. I had to go back a week or so later and adopt her. She has an outstanding, very socialized personality. So if you're looking for a kitten as well as beef (or sometimes pork), call Truth Hill and see if they happen to have another accidental litter. :-)
