Wide variety, Surprising offers

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our produce from Yellow Wood Farms last summer. Having never used a service like this we were a little concerned we'd end up with 8 lbs of green beans and a couple potatoes a few weeks in a row. The folks at Yellow Wood made that concern completely irrelevant. The variety of veggies was impressive each week. Potatoes, cabbage, green beans, summer and winter squash, tomatoes, apples, beets are just a few that come to mind and this is about 7 months after the last installment.The best perk we didn't see coming was the line on other offers. For instance, at the end of the tomato season Yellow Wood offered an option to purchase 25# of tomatoes for canning and saucing. We hadn't considered doing that prior to the offer, but since it was on the table we took advantage of it and had a great time enjoying sauce we made well into the winter. We were also given access to a great list of trees available for purchase from their nursery. While we didn't buy any this year, I have every confidence they would be as good and consistent as the produce.
