Excellent CSA!

I love getting my meat CSA from Cedar Valley every month. It is so important to me to know that the meat I eat was raised in a humane, sustainable way. The quality is excellent and I find that the variety (some value added products like hamburger patties, brats, and sausage and some basic cuts and whole chickens) works very well. I split the share with my boyfriend and it works out nicely; we like having meat to share at cook outs and having a nice variety in the freezer. He is a chef and has cooked with meat from many different local farmers and has nothing but good things to say about quality-- especially the chickens!
