My favorite day of the week

Before we retired Friday was our favorite day of the week. Friday has been replaced by Thursday because Thursday is the day that we pick up our fresh CSA produce.The produce is always clean and probably out of the ground, or off the vine or tree for only a few hours before we can enjoy the efforts of our CSA producers. They offer a great variety of organic produce. Recipes are often included so we do not discard any stem or leaves that are muy rico (very tasty)!! We are now enjoying a greater variety of very healthy foods. For a nominal fee our pick up day also includes a bouquet of fresh flowers. This our second year as a CSA supporter. We are very satisfied customers. Our only regret is that there is only one Thursday in a week. Tom and Norma
