Not even a chance

After much research into CSAs in Southeast Wisconsin, Pinehold Gardens quickly became our 1st choice. However, if their attention to detail and quality is anything like their complete lack of communication and customer service, its probably better that we aren't going to be a part of their CSA. After several emails and multiple phone calls, I have received no response from them whatsoever. The last message I left politely requested that if they didn't have any available spots for 2010, to please contact me so that I might at least get into a CSA somewhere else. I appreciate peoples busy schedules, but if you run a business and a potential client or customer is reaching out to do business with you, at least have the courtesy to let them know your CSA is full. That would have at least opened the door to trying to get in the following year and not prompted bitter reactions and negative reviews such as this.
Good luck to anyone trying to get a response from Pinehold Gardens.
