A Great Source of Locally Produced Wood
By: kyle burke (Dec 12, 2009)
As a Princeton-based builder, have been using the Katzenbach's wood for a variety of projects for the last five years. Whether its the white pine grown on site (the clearest I have seen, on par with the old-growth pine used for flooring in historic houses), or rare woods I have brought to be custom-milled, myself and my clients are always impressed with their product. Further, the Katzenbach compound is an architectual marvel in its own right, with many of the outbuildings constructed of their wood.
The honey and maple syrup are also excellent, and I am looking forward to trying the grass-fed goat as well!
