Excitement from field to kitchen

This little farm tucked away in the midst of I 95 and Brunswick, GA was like a meca for those who have come to know and appreciate foods and how they are handled. Sapelo Farms sparked a windfall of ideas that were nothing short of natural and loving. The staff at the farm was not only friendly and knowledgeable, they were encouraging and curious to the way that their labors of love were being used. What a difference that makes to a chef. The products that I have received from them were of the utmost freshness and ripeness. They do not give a tour, however, it is understandable, as long as they keep on doing what they are doing! Thank Goodness for small farms!
