I recently began purchasing eggs from Paula and Eric. The are so beautiful, I hate to crack them! :-) They range in color from a deep brown to pale green to almost pink.
I use eggs primarily for baking, and the flavor of these eggs makes a huge difference in the quality of my cookies, cakes and tarts. The deep orange-yellow of the yolks create absolutely beautiful baked goods, with a much more golden appearance than store-bought eggs. If you're a serious cook, you'll be surprised at the difference these eggs make both in flavor and appearance!
