Delicious locally-raised meat

Raikowski Farms' meats are delicious and affordable. I don't buy supermarket meat anymore after discovering Raikowski Farms. Their meat has more flavor and a firmer texture than factory meat, not to mention that it's free of additives. Their beef is grass-fed. Fry up their ground beef and you get hardly any fat! And now they have ham!. I bake a big ham, then cut it into smaller portions to freeze for breakfast, ham salad, etc. Their monthly meat package is always a bargain. I roast a whole chicken, then use the carcass for delicious soup (again, with less fat than supermarket chicken). I don't eat a lot of meat, so when I do, I like it to be good and healthy.
