Great tasting kefir cheese

By: Kathy Gere    (Apr 4, 2010)

There are several things that I really like about this product. They use unpasteurized milk, from herds that have been pasture feed. Pasteurization destroys most of the nutrients, beneficial enzymes and bacteria that human beings need. Feeding bovines green grass, which is what nature intended, creates the healthiest milk. Milk from pasture feed animals are very high in fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K as well as vitamin C and carotene (liquid sunshine). Most of us consume foods that are overly processed and depleted of important nutrients. Another benefit of kefir is it is easily digested - even those who are "lactose" intolerant can usually consume kefir that is made from unpasteurized, unhomogenized milk from bovines that have subsisted on grass. If you've been told by your doctor to stay away from dairy - you might be able to get away with this kefir cheese. This product is a very tasty health food loaded with real natural nutrients as well as living enzymes. To sum it up eating healthy nutritious food can be very satisfying to the pallet. I bought two pounds and ate it all within four days.
