One Good Egg

There are several things I love about my recent move to Bend, Oregon. Being both a stone's throw from a great cup of coffee (organic, fair trade and shade grown, of course), and stellar trailhead; a hip, conscientious community and EGGS FROM THE LAST STAND FARM!
On a typical day, two raw eggs get cracked into the family smoothie and maybe a couple more get scrambled up or hard boiled for lunch. Either way, they're among the tastiest eggs I've ever eaten, with bright yolks and delicious flavor.
