Aside from the wonderful fresh vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, beets, green beans, cabbages, corn, tomatoes, potatoes, peas, and on and on!) and huge delicious squashes that Kim grows, her chickens lay the best eggs I have ever tasted. The yolks are gorgeous dark gold, the whites beat up fluffy and stiff for baking and their flavor is out of this world! I've been to the farm to see her hens and it must be true that happy hens lay great eggs.
